* Initial support for restoring a saved session.

* Updating surefire version to 3.0.0-M5 to get around a stdout test issue.

* Updates to ensure the saverdef doesn't mutate the graph twice.

* Matching the filename placeholder in saverdef.

* Unpicking the nested placeholders, it makes various savers throw exceptions.
