Could we please have consistent terminology?

Length, Run & Width all used for fundamentally the same dimension, forward progression along the horizontal axis of the stair. Elsewhere Width is used for, well, the width of the stairs - perpendicular to the length/run/width, perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the stair.
