How can I add IfcWindowPanelOperationEnum #7320

Hi,
in the WindowPanelProperties documentation it says:

PanelOperation: None = None

    Optional, value is never used. Defines the basic ways to describe how window panels operate.

So if the value is ignored how can I change the IfcWindowPanelOperation?
Why is the argument there if the value is ignored?

It looks like it was part of the earlier spec, but either not used, or considered over-engineered or something. So, it got deprecated and replaced:

IFC4.3.2.0-DEPRECATION This entity, and most other subtypes of IfcPredefinedPropertySet, are now deprecated. Use Pset_WindowPanelProperties instead.

So basically, don't use it going forward, and use Pset_WindowPanelProperties instead.
