This is an OIDC/OAuth2 backend based on the idpy-oidc package.
Others will supply the OIDC/OAuth2 frontend.

This needs the stand-alone client to be merged (IdentityPython/idpy-oidc#70 ✅) and released (https://github.com/IdentityPython/idpy-oidc/releases/tag/v2.1.0 ✅) before this is merged.
