Homebrew upgraded gemini-cli directly from affected 0.39.0 to patched 0.40.1 in Homebrew/homebrew-core@9e109b7. The 0.46.0 boundary was the version at ingestion time, not the first version that shipped the fix. Signed-off-by: Patrick Linnane <patrick@linnane.io>
Homebrew first added mcp-remote at 0.1.38 in Homebrew/homebrew-core@a52a8b4, after the upstream 0.1.16 fix for CVE-2025-6514, so no shipped version was affected. Reject the candidate so Ingest does not re-propose it. Signed-off-by: Patrick Linnane <patrick@linnane.io>

Gemini CLI's fixed boundary is corrected from
0.46.0to0.40.1: core went straight from affected0.39.0to patched0.40.1, so the old value was the ingestion-time version.The mcp-remote CVE-2025-6514 record is removed and rejected: Homebrew first added the formula at
0.1.38, after the upstream0.1.16fix.
