Created the component that has two clickable divs that bring you to their respective google forms: mentors or volunteers. Made this component responsive. Added a hover animation!

The hover animation can be improved upon. The original hover animation I was trying to copy, had it so that when hovering the button, the animation would be behind the button like a rainbow outline.
