This takes @egyptiankarim's commits from #229, and then adds some of my own edits. Merging this PR will automatically mark #229 as merged, and @egyptiankarim's commits will stay intact and merged to
master.I integrated the 4xx/5xx language into the existing question about port 80, and retitled/reworded the answer about network services which respond to HTTP but don't serve up content.
