Feedback for 3.4.1 and 3.4.2 in Windows 11 Pro: both versions can not start due to Error starting Chrome: Message: session not created: cannot connect to chrome at 127.0.0.1... I tried all selenium fixes under the sky in the last few days without success. Details below: 2025-10-15 09:49:04 INFO FlareSolverr 3.4.2 Traceback (most recent call last): During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred: Traceback (most recent call last): [PYI-23196:ERROR] Failed to execute script 'flaresolverr' due to unhandled exception! |

Same issue for me but for 25H2, Closed Issue refers. All was working before upgrading from 23H2 to 25H2, now no Flaresolverr versions (old or new) work anymore.
I suspect the precompiled windows builds may not be compatible with later Windows 11 versions from 23H2, and soon everyone will be required to upgrade to 24H2/25H2 to maintain patches, where this issue will appear more often. I used ChatGPT to check this issue, and it maybe that 24H2/25H2 has new safety protocols for chrome: |
