Thankfully, this is a smaller port than the last few have been. Deploy preview is here.

  • Added a new section on porting to 1.21.11.
  • Fixed Yarn Mappings warning being incorrectly applied to 1.21.10.
  • Avoid top-level await in update script.
  • Renamed ResourceLocation -> Identifier, fixed migrated packages.
  • Commands no longer use integer permission checks, I've swapped this to the new system, but wording might need to be adjusted.
  • @kevinthegreat1 ported the CustomRenderPipeline class.

I have not yet reviewed the changes to the docs and the mod, just the new article and the framework.
maybe the Porting article is one of the few we should consider backporting (pun intended)

Great! I was actually planning on doing so after this PR is merged and we're set on the wording.
