Using official DataDog Go tracing library: https://pkg.go.dev/gopkg.in/DataDog/dd-trace-go.v1/contrib/google.golang.org/grpc which uses gRPC interceptors.
Did a test deployment and not only do we get gRPC metrics, but also Go application metrics as well:
