- ignore testDeleteObjectPreconditions() in encryption tests (preconditions will fail due to MD update from encryption client)
- getBucketLifecycle() now detects "NoSuchLifecyclePolicy" error code (this was corrected in ECS 3.8 from "NoSuchBucketPolicy" in prior versions)
