max-agefor preloading eligibility via https://hstspreload.org increased to 1 year (chromium/hstspreload.org@b48ae5a). Yet, ourhsts-prunescript still uses the old requirement of 18 weeks:https-everywhere/utils/hsts-prune/index.js
