  2. Non-generic versions of CommandBuilder and QueryBuilder will just use… 

    … Type dynamic (CommandBuilder<dynamic> and QueryBuilder<dynamic>), to keep simplicity.

Now the type (if any) should be defined right in the CommandBuilder/QueryBuilder constructor, or else the Dapper Query commands will always return dynamic objects.
