Shouldn't there be also java11?

I don't think we generate any latestDepTest tasks for Java 11... doing so would require changes to how those tasks are generated. Worth considering though.

I'm surprised we do not do this for java11 as well, but change LGTM

Will hopefully reduce retesting and the total testing time.
