Summary

Fixes the Post Submit Actions drag handle being blocked by the action controls overlay in RTL layouts.

Problem

In RTL mode, FlexActionButtons sets left: 0 while retaining the base right: 0 declaration.

Because the element is absolutely positioned with width: auto, having both horizontal offsets set causes the overlay to span the action row and intercept pointer interaction over the drag handle.

As a result, the action drag handle becomes difficult or impossible to use in RTL.

Fix

Reset the inherited right offset in the RTL rule:

.rtl & {
	left: 0;
	right: auto;
	padding: 0 25px 0 4px;
}

This keeps the controls anchored to the left in RTL without extending their hit area across the drag handle.

Testing

  • Confirmed the actions-v2 production build completes successfully.
  • Verified the generated bundle contains the RTL right: auto rule.
  • Tested Post Submit Actions in RTL:
    • drag handle is usable
    • actions can be reordered
    • reordered actions persist after save/reload
    • action hover controls continue to work
  • Tested the same interactions in LTR and confirmed existing behavior is unchanged.

Fixes #721
