  1. fix: keep graph physics live during node drag with soft settle

    The drag-end soft settle removes the force-isolation approach entirely:
    pinning the dragged node with fx/fy already holds it, while removing the
    global forces froze every other node and caused a violent snap-back when
    they were restored on release. Forces now stay active, neighbors respond
    organically through link attraction and charge repulsion, and release
    settles via a bounded 800ms alpha target instead of a full reheat.
