So Composer users don't have to depend on dev-master
It's downloading a missing thing
The dev-master won't install under PHP 5.3-5.5
Let us test on PHP 5.4 and 5.3

I think its safe to ignore 5.3 for now. Move that to allow_failures?

It looks like we can't install Microsoft Azure libs on 5.3, and I'm not sure how to get memcache.so working on 7.0 and hhvm, but this at least gets Travis tests passing on 5.4-5.6
