./profile/README.mdfile is the file that is displayed on https://github.com/ciscodevnetThere is a workflow configured to update the main
README.mdat the root of the proejct to displaying the latest blogs and videos, but this update is not displayed on https://github.com/ciscodevnet given the workflow is updating the wrong README file.This PR fixes this by pointing the workflow to update
./profile/README.md.It also removes some pin repositories from the README file. It doesn't make sense to have pin repos on the README file while there are also pin repos at the org level.
