P1 Badge Use published Python base image tag

The Docker example now bases on python:3.14.2-slim (line 3), but Python 3.14 images have not been published (official tags currently stop at 3.12/3.13), so a docker build examples/cloud_run_decorator will fail immediately with a manifest unknown pull error. Unless a 3.14.2 image exists in your registry, this change breaks building the sample container.
