P1 Badge Use nonexistent Python base image

The Dockerfile now bases the example image on python:3.14.2-slim, but that tag is not published on Docker Hub (current official Python slim images stop at 3.13), so any docker build for this example will fail before dependencies are installed. Please switch to an available Python slim tag.
