P1 Badge Use available python base image tag

The Dockerfile now pulls python:3.14.1-slim, but that tag is not published in the official python images (current slim tags stop at 3.13), so docker build examples/cloud_run_event fails immediately when it cannot fetch the base image. The example is non-buildable until an existing tag is used.
