Describe your issue:
Using Windows 11 Pro Powershell / winget to download the latest version of NETworkManager. After that update the "IP Scanner" hangs searching the network. This has been a problem for years.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Start Powershell on Windows 11 Pro as Admin
- enter "winget upgrade --all"
- NETworkManager upgraded
- Click desktop shortcut for NETworkManager
- Click thru initial start screen
- Click IP Scanner
- IP scan starts and spinner appears forever
NETworkManager version: 2026.7.7.0
Windows version:
