Cleanup of the
.env.examplesince it was getting messy.This simplifies the file to only show what's fully needed.

.env.example.completecontains all possible options with comments for each.Will need to review docs to see where variables are mentioned as may have to change wording from
settoaddin some areas where old variables have been removed.
