links don‘t open in new window/tab #6034

Describe the Bug

links open only in the same window/tab instead of in a new window/tab, even if I select, that a link should be openend in a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a link with the option „new window“ under „Open link in“ (see screenshot)
2. save page
3. open the link

Expected Behaviour

open the link in a new window/tab, then I set the „Open link in“ option to „New window“.
