ZIP Import: User logged out on lacking permissions #5754

Describe the Bug

User session is destroyed on ZIP import failure, including when permissions are lacking

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try import with lacking permissions for items in import file.
2. See you get logged out on run.

Expected Behaviour

Should remain logged in with errors reported back to user.
