Page pointer can get into mouse range selectively relatively easily and end up in copy & pasted page content #4474

Likely more of an issue since we started moving the pointer for better accessibility.
Particularly an issue when selecting down across blocks since pointer easily ends up in selection.
Ends up as an empty looking static pointer representation in page content.

Either needs to be avoided in selection content and/or filtered within the page editor.
Need to keep accessibility in mind when making changes here.
