BUG: Incorrect display of the user search field on the monitor 1920x1080 #2147

Please correct the display of the user search field.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open user settings on a display with a width greater than 1400px.
• Profit!

Expected Behavior:

• The search field should look like the screenshot below (with a screen width of less than 1400px, everything displays correctly)
