This is a template repository for tracking meetings, projects, IDPs, or anything else that might be relevant to a trainee's development.

1. The trainee should use this repository as a template to generate a new repository.
2. Use the trainee's name as the name of the repo. Copy this file to somewhere to keep track of the instructions (or make note of the template repo).
3. Rename the README_TEMPLATE.md file to README.md (this will delete the file you are currently reading) and follow the instructions contained within.
4. Each subfolder contains its own README with more targeted instructions / suggestions.
5. Adapt the repo to your own needs!
