working on focus notification
to propagate the jQuery effect (button press, text entry) while still effecting a Java consume
also adds min width of 1px and height of current font
corrects misspelling for String.toUpperCaseLocale()
FocusEvents. Still not accelerators (ALT-X, CTRL-Y, etc.)
