如果是开机自启动的应用且没有打开过，则在后台判断是否在前台的时候会由于mIsBackground的初始化的值为false而导致误判在前台，引发异常

mIsBackground的默认值应该为true,如果应用开启自启动但没有打开界面此时isAppForeground()方法错误的返回true
