For v3, commands/events will change syntax.

2.x :

new Command({
    name: 'test',
}, async (handler, message, args) => {
    await message.channel.send("yes");
});

3.x :

class TestCommand extends Command {
    constructor() {
        super({
            name: 'test',
        });
    }
    
    async run(handler, message, args) {
        await message.channel.send("yes");
    }
}

Why this change?

Because classes are a lot more modular, and I'll be able to add many methods(/properties?) to the Command class, and many child classes to the Command class to have "templates".
For example, a child class with startWait & stopWait methods to add/remove a reaction that means please wait/loading.
