ApplicationExamples Removed + OpenIPSL using MSL4

The following changes are included in this commit:
* The campus A model was anonymized.
* The ApplicationExamples library was removed since it is still not fully compliant with MSL4 and it is still not used by models in the MicroGrid library.
* OpenIPSL v2,0.0.beta1 was converted so that it now uses MSL 4.

First beta release of version 2.0.0
