Meet Gary Rogge
Gary grew up in Auburn, Nebraska, in a home focused on family values. He spent summers working on the family farm with his father, where he learned the value of hard work — a lesson that has led to future achievements. After graduating from high school, Gary moved to Lincoln and attended the University of Nebraska. College life made a profound impact on Gary, molding him and preparing him to achieve his goals.
Gary’s family is full of UNL graduates, including his brother, sister, and 3 sons. Their degrees have led to success in a variety of fields. Gary will bring experienced leadership and work hard to provide all Nebraskans with a high quality of life for their lifetimes, enhancing their futures and our community’s future.

Real Property Tax Relief
Gary knows that Nebraskans are being taxed out of their homes, farms, and businesses. His top priority is implementing aggressive property tax reform to provide permanent relief, ensuring that "The Good Life" remains affordable for every family and every generation.
Protecting Our Social Programs
A state is defined by how it treats its own. Gary is a steadfast defender of the social programs that support Nebraska’s seniors, veterans, and families. He believes these programs are a sacred trust, and will fight to ensure these vital services are protected and managed with integrity.
Defending States’ Rights
Decisions about Nebraska should be made by Nebraskans. Gary will stand as a firm wall against federal overreach, defending the state’s right to manage its own resources, education, and economy without interference from Washington, D.C.

While others answer to party bosses and special interests, Gary answers only to the voters. He’s committed to a "People First" platform that rejects partisan gridlock in favor of common-sense solutions that benefit all 93 counties.
