I picked up four for £1 total in a Salvation Army shop.
The Best of Ralph McTell (1992 compilation)
The Best of Harry Nilsson (2003 compilation)
Guitar Legends (2 disc Capital Gold compilation)
Sex Pistols - Kiss This (20 track compilation containing the entire Never Mind... album among other things)
And here are my Now 122 and Now That's What I Call the Party! CDs that I ordered (It wouldn't let me quote the two separate posts, so I've had to do it all in one post):
I've just bought ' Buckingham Nicks' which is out for the first time ever on a CD
I know the history behind it. Is it any good? Does it sound anything like their future Fleetwood Mac collaborations?
Yes it's really good. It's a bit more folk rock than Fleetwood Mac but you can see why they got to Rumours.
Frozen Love is the standout. An epic duet.
I'd forgotten just what a great album it is - Back in the 80's, one of my student housemates had an original vinyl copy, and listening to Buckingham Nicks was part of the route from me being vaguely aware of Fleetwood Mac (Although I knew some of their main hit songs, the first album I actually bought was Tango in the Night) to being a pretty serious fan.
My friend ran off a home-taped copy for me back then which got lost somewhere along the years, so until I bought the re-release a couple of months ago, I'd not sat down and listened to the whole album in probably 30 years. As you say, you can totally hear the influences Lindsey and Stevie brought to FM when they joined.

Cancelled off there and bought from Amazon now as I've got a feeling that HMV has got an issue with their stock (they didn't take my money)
