Mobile phones data issue?

Hello all
I have some issues with my Galaxy S24FE Android I am with Vodaphone.
1) Every day or two I totally lose internet connection. I have to turn phone off and back on again and normally gets it working again (this is even if I have yet to reach my Data Limit).
2) the main issue is that yesterday it did the same as above and after 3-4 hours I still had no Internet using my mobile data.
I got a warning message on my mobile saying I had reached my max mobile data.
I called Vodafone and they told me to change the 25gb as it was set at 15gb and to turn off "set Data Warning"
I said yes but once I reach 25gb wont ot stop my Internet data usage again? He said no it would not as you have now turned off the "set data warning" (not sure if thats true?)
I asked him how much data I have used since 1st December and he said a lower MB amount. Almost noting.
But my phone is saying I am using like 1GB per day. Vodafone said thats totally incorrect.
I said should I not set the data limit to 95gb and theres no way even at 1gb per day I will reach 95gb as I have unlimited data. He said no as once you go over a certain data you will get charges to your account??? But how if I have unlimited data.
What is going on and how can I fix this issue of my losing access to my mobile data at random times until I turn phone off and on again and also stop my phone thinking I have reached my mobile data limit?
Thanks all

What would help to explain things is are you using WiFi tethering from the phone?
Also, it looks like you have used an average of about 1.5GB per day this month so far. That's the equivalent of about an hour's worth of HD video streaming. Is that your typical usage, or is it just browsing, emails etc.? Note that f you are playing videos on TikTok or something, then that will be using more data.
Ive set data limit off now.
Vodaphone said not to do that as I may get additional data uses charges but I said I have unlimited mobile data and he confirmed I do but said I may still get mobile data charges if I goto high???? Makes no sense to me. He said the default should be set at 25gb??
Yes I have to other devices which are connected via mobile hotspot that get used sometimes.
Interesting as its when my other devices are using mobile data from my phone that I get the you are not connected to WIFI message or no Internet connection (something like that).
But how do I stop this?
Ive changed settings now to turn off mobile data limit, attached but it wont let me attach it..should this now stop the mobile data stopping issue?
BIB1 - Vodafone's unlimited data plans are subject to an "Acceptable Use Policy", but that's currently 600GB in the UK and 25GB when roaming abroad:

BIB2 - With most phones, when using it as a hotspot, it has to disconnect from wi-fi itself, so that could be why you're getting that message. But why are you using it as a hotspot if you're within range of a wi-fi signal anyway - your home network, or when you are out and about?
I only use the hot-spot to connect to 2 ipads when out and about,.not when at home etc and can connect to a home WIFI.
