Beware Contract Renewals!

Recently contacted Sky Vulnerable Customers phone number! In the past was always answered by a UK based agent...usually a very helpful Scottish lady....however this appears to have been moved abroad!
We managed to renegotiate our Sky Streams etc....to a similar price with the new contract now being a new 2 year deal..till 27
On checking our acceptance email later we found that our Sky Broadband...separate bill .. seperate direct debit had somehow magically turned also into a an extra year...also finishing in 27....making it now a 3 year contract!!! At no time did we talk about or ask for negotiation of this!!!
So beware when trying to change your packages!!!
Complained and after some language barriers and holding for 10 mins was offered a new deal.....special for me! The same deal is available in the Sky App!!!
Finally....I know that Sky like others want to attract new customers...but deals of Sky tv packages plus Full Fibre 500 for £36 infuriates me and no doubt others!!
I pay£36 for 150 fibre seperate from TV!!!

    I've had this today.

Rang up to discuss TV package, wanted to make some savings, agreed to remove some things to save money. Brilliant, sorted

They then send me a new Broadband contract. I never mentioned broadband

I only rejoined them 3 weeks ago for broadband (was with them before until 2023 when I went to BT) and we're on the social tarrif as we claim UC, so we get it for £20 and it's guaranteed not to go up during the 2 years. No mention of that on this new contract

Trying to get back in touch to clarify what's going on
