Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length hpo cDNA. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry a K71R mutation (resulting in a kinase-dead protein) and is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and at the C-terminal end with N-Venus. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
