Description

Mutation of the three putative microtubule tip localisation sequence (MtLS) motifs in the Ctail region. In each case the putative MtLS motif is replaced by four Ala residues. The location of each MtLS motif is as follows: amino acid residues 4966-4969, 5077-5080 and 5141-5144 (coordinates numbered according to FBpp0086744). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
