UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a constitutively active form of Pvr (2.2kb fragment coding for the transmembrane domain and cytoplasmic portion of Pvr, derived from SD02957, fused to the dimerization domain of the bacteriophage λ cI repressor to induce constitutive dimerization of the encoded protein).
