syn is not involved in DNA repair
bap is not a transporter
sed5 is involved in vesicle fusion not targeting

CAKI is not involved in the cell cycle to my knowledge
CDK5 is thought to be involved in neurotransmitter release
NSF2 is not a transporter
rab2 and rab5 and rab10 and rab11 and rab14 are not involved in cell
growth and ...intracellular what?...
alpha adaptin is not a transporter
AP2 is an adaptor protein , not a transcription factor. That is another AP2.
AP47 is not a transporter

unc 13 is the name of the c. elegans gene and should be changed to
Dunc13 to avoid confusion. It is not a protein Kinase and it is not
required for cell growth
amphiphysin is not involved in signalling in signal transduction. It
is component that binds dynamin and plays probably a role in
endocytosis
