AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.
Stop-codon suppression (UGA) postulated; FBrf0216884
Gene model reviewed during 5.44
Low-frequency RNA-Seq exon junction(s) not annotated.
Gene model reviewed during 5.49
Multiphase exon postulated: exon reading frame differs in alternative transcripts.
None of the polypeptides share 100% sequence identity.

The testis specificity index was calculated from modENCODE tissue expression data by Vedelek et al., 2018 to indicate the degree of testis enrichment compared to other tissues. Scores range from -2.52 (underrepresented) to 5.2 (very high testis bias).
Dh32-R protein is detected in principal cells of adult and larval Malpighian tubules. Dh32-R protein is detected in about 58 neurons of the larval central nervous system; 24 of these neurons coexpress Dh44-R1 protein and the neuropeptide corazonin (Crz). All larval Crz-positive neurons express Dh32-R protein. Both Dh32-R and Dh44-R1 proteins are detected in several somata in the dorsal part of the adult brain. All Crz-positive neurons in the adult CNS are also positive for both Dh32-R and Dh44-R1; while 2-4 Dh32-R-positive neurons do not coexpress either Dh44-R1 or Crz.

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

Although named as 'DH31-R1' in FBrf0184113, a later paper by the same author (FBrf0208781) refers to the gene as 'DH31R', as it is now known to encode the only Dh31 receptor in D. melanogaster. Therefore, removed the '1' suffix from the FlyBase gene symbol as this is superfluous and wrongly suggests there are additional Dh31-R genes.
