UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a Miga cDNA, in which a number of phosphorylation sites are mutated (amino acid replacements S68E, S71E, S77E, S81E, S84E, S87E, S89E, S93E, S98E, S102E, S105E and S107E). The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with RFP(Unk).
