Knockdown of Psa, through expression of Psa^NIG.1009R, reduces the longevity of flies expressing Hsap\APP^{arctic.Aβ42.NSP.Scer\UAS.att} under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155, to the same level as when Psa^NIG.1009R is expressed in a wild-type background.
