Expression of Pp1-87BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU does not suppress the eye defects seen in mosaic flies with eyes that are homozygous for sds22e00975.

The synthetic lethality resulting from the overexpression of Nop17lScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\His6,T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS in a heterozygous Pp1-87B87Bg-3 mutant background can be rescued by the co-expression of Pp1-87BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.

Expression of Pp1-87BScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS has no effect on the transformation of wing to haltere seen in trx1/trxE2 and trx1/trxB11 flies.
