Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

When homozygous somatic clones are made in the eye, a rough eye phenotype is seen.

Homozygous embryos have abnormal denticle bands. Embryos derived from homozygous female germ line clones lack cuticle.

Homozygous embryos exhibit abnormal denticle bands. Germline clones produce normal eggs with no cuticle development (phenotype is not fully penetrant).

ssh[+]/ssh01207 is a suppressor of wing phenotype of PaxUAS.cCa, Scer\GAL432B

Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The blistered wing phenotype observed in flies expressing PaxScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL432B is dominantly suppressed in a ssh01207/+ background.

Comments
Comments

The lethality seen in ssh01207 mutants can be reverted by excision of the P{PZ}ssh01207 element.
