Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations

Lethal in combination with Df(3R)P14 (animals die after forming prepupae). Lethal in combination with Df(3R)Cha7. Lethal in combination with Df(3R)fruw24 (animals die after forming prepupae).

NOT in combination with other aberrations

    Homozygotes die after forming prepupae.

    Other Comments

Deletion beginning 20bp into the inverted repeat of the P{lwB}frusat element and removing all nucleotides from 96,551 to 13,839 of AE003722 (including the entire fru coding region). The deletion removes the 4 transcription units immediately proximal to fru and parts of the two overlapping transcription units that are the 5th and 6th transcription units proximal to fru.
