Supersuckers on yhdysvaltalainen rockyhtye, joka perustettiin Tucsonissa, Arizonassa vuonna 1988. Yhtye kuvailee itseään "maailman parhaaksi rock and roll-yhtyeeksi. Yhtyeen musiikkissa on country ja southern rock vaikutteita.
Supersuckers on tehnyt yhteistyötä muun muassa Willie Nelsonin, Steve Earlen, Kelley Dealin, The Breedersin ja Pearl Jamin Eddie Vedderin kanssa. He ovat esiintyneet Jay Lenon The Tonight Show:ssa. Yhtye on ollut kiertueella muun muassa seuraavien artistien kanssa: Mudhoney, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, The Ramones, Motörhead, Flogging Molly, Toadies, Supagroup, Butthole Surfers, The Reverend Horton Heat, New York Dolls, The Dwarves, White Zombie ja Nashville Pussy.
