dolum faciō (present infinitive dolum facere or dolum fāre, perfect active dolum fēcī, supine dolum factum); third (-iō variant) conjugation, suppletive, third person-only in the passive

  1. to trick, to fool, to dupe, to have [with dative]
    Mihī dolum fēcistī!
    You (singular) tricked me!
    Mihī dolum fēcistis!
    You (plural) tricked me!
    Nōbis dolus factus est!
    We've been had! (one trick)
    Nōbis dolī factī sunt!
    We've been had! (multiple tricks)
