It is (supposed to be) used by Template:Swiss referendum map, itself used on several articles (e.g. 2022 Swiss referendums#Results). It appears unused due to the Graph:Map extension template currently redirecting to a message saying it's broken. Delete – Tagging an article because it doesn't exist on another Wiki is not the correct way to help other Wikis grow in size. Besides, this banner doesn't even categorize the article into any sort of maintenance category. Template:Achilles Radial

The above are all unused recently created templates that create a colored abbreviation link for a tier company. Even if these were in use, I'd argue that these should be deleted and a plain full link should be used instead as the usage of this style fails a number of MoS guidelines, specifically

  • MOS:COLOR:
    • Links should be clearly recognizable to readers as clickable
    • The visual presentation of text and images of text should meet a sufficient contrast ratio
  • MOS:ABBR: Avoid making up new abbreviations, especially acronyms
  • MOS:JARGON: Minimize the use of jargon

Hiding links behind colored text makes the links unrecognizable and in most cases, the text fails the color contrast requirement. The abbreviation is not only unnecessary but also seems to fail the guideline. Looking at the tier articles, some of those articles don't even use an abbreviation once.

I'm also against merging these into any meta template (which should also be deleted, but that should be a different TfD).
