Hi, I'm a trial NPP and AFC reviewer and doing new page patrol requires moving some articles to draft for better improvements as they're not suitable in the main space, it will be more better if I can move articles without leaving redirects. @Lado85: For now, please just request any technical moves you are unable to perform on your own at WP:RM/TR. Based on 0 RM/TR requests, 0 RM comments, and 24 distinct moves (with none this year), you haven't demonstrated a need for this permission or sufficient experience with moving processes.
